Your privacy rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights in relation to personal information held about you. The scope of a request can depend on the circumstances and the information concerned.
- Access and correction
- You may ask for access to personal information held about you and request correction of information that is inaccurate or incomplete, subject to applicable law. When contacting us, it is helpful to identify the relevant event enquiry, communication or relationship so that we can understand the information to which your request relates.
- Deletion and restriction
- In certain circumstances, you may be able to ask for personal information to be deleted or for particular processing to be restricted. These rights are not absolute and may depend on why the information is held, whether it remains necessary and any applicable legal responsibilities that Table Virex must observe.
- Objection and portability
- You may have the right to object to certain processing and, where applicable, request a portable copy of information you have provided. The availability of these rights depends on the relevant circumstances and applicable law. We will consider a clear request in the context of the information and service relationship involved.
- Marketing and complaint choices
- Where direct marketing applies, you can ask not to receive it. You may also have the right to raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority. We encourage you to contact Table Virex first with a privacy question or concern, so that we can understand the issue and respond appropriately.
